Photo Hunt – Wide
This week’s theme is “Wide” and I have to admit I really struggled with this theme! While tempted to put a photo of my rear end, I finally opted against this, and decided on these gorgeous fellas from Timbertown – I love the “Wide horns” they have (OK, pushing the imagination a bit, but it’ll have to do!).
Photo Hunt – Favourite
This week’s theme is “Favourite” and I’m being boring and predictable by choosing my favourite duck shot – there are plenty of Favourite items I could have chosen, but I’m away from home and running out of time!

Photo Hunt – Breakfast
This week’s theme is “Breakfast” and this is my ultimate luxury treat for breakfast (or more generally a lazy brunch on the weekend). I didn’t have any bagels, which is my preference, so I thought I’d try this Italian olive bread … yummo! All it needs is a good cappuccino to wash it down!! 😀

This week’s theme is “Metal” and here’s a metal sculpture from the Enchanted Maze Garden in Victoria:
And my second choice is this metal urn at a temple in Hong Kong used for burning incense – I don’t know why, but I really love this photo, with just a faint hint of the incense smoke burning.
Photo Hunt – Reflection
This week’s theme is “Reflection” and I really liked the way the reflection of the building signage behind the boats lent an abstract feel to this photo (taken at Frankston, Melbourne).
Then I’ll finish with my 2nd choice, which is a classic reflection of boats in the harbour at St Kilda, Melbourne.

Photo Hunt – Together
This week’s theme is “Together” and I think these photos suit the theme perfectly (even though they’re a bit ‘different’)! These are from a trip to Athens, Greece – I stood and watched these guys for ages, and have loads of shots, but these ones suit the theme the best … I just love how they look as though they’re almost rubbing noses in the second shot, and I adore their symmetry 🙂
Photo Hunt – Blue
This week’s theme is “Blue” and for once I’m totally spoilt for choice ‘cos everything I own is blue, pretty much! I live and breathe “Blue” … but I thought I’d choose just one subject, although a couple of different shots of it – this is from an ‘artistic’ display at the Cranbourne Botanical Gardens in Melbourne.
And if you’re wanting a bit of Blue music to sing along to, I now can’t the Eiffel 65’s “I’m Blue” song out of my head!!! Yep, “I’m Blue!!!” 😀
Photo Hunt – Scary
This week’s theme is “Scary” and it was bl**dy scary having this red-bellied black snake in the house before Christmas last year!!! Thank goodness for the snake catchers! 😀
On a tamer scale we have a Scary bushwalk for kiddies at the Enchanted Maze Gardens:
And lucky last, something I found astonishing and Scary … and downright amazing that this idiot didn’t get washed into the surf! In exceptionally strong winds, this dufus was out on the rocks fishing at Port Macquarie …

Now you don’t … well, if you look really really hard you can actually just see his fishing rod still …
What a moron!!! And without a doubt very, very Scary!!!
